Hours: Ongoing casual shifts available, flexible days or full time hours you choose!

Pay Rate: $34-$37 per hour +superannuation

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook nutritious, balanced meals for children aged 0-5 years, catering to any dietary requirements or preferences.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the cleanliness and safety of food preparation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for children and staff.
- Maintain stock levels, keep a clean kitchen environment, follow menu plan provided.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Proven experience as a cook, ideally in a childcare or school environment (though not essential).
- Knowledge of nutrition and food safety standards.
- Understanding and experience in cooking for allergy requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A friendly, approachable manner and a passion for working with children.
- Valid Ochre Card.
- Food supervisor safety certificate or qualification in cookery.
